Graduated in 1987 from the University of Damascus, Syria,
Obtained a Ph.D. of Applied Science in 1995 from the University of Moscow, Russia.
Bachir has produced two paper publications to Russian engineering newspapers.
Joined Professional Engineers of Ontario in 2007
Joined Consulting Engineers of Ontario in 2018.
